Failure Doesn’t Separate Us From God’s Love

Have you ever read through the list of things in Romans 8 verses 36-39, about all of the things that will never separate us from the love of God and thought, that’s nice, but I just don’t get it. I understand it in my head, but I can’t get this into my heart. Then, today, God hit me with the one thing that really could help me get it. This is not one Paul specifically mentions, but since he covers it all by saying that “nothing” separates us from the love of God in Christ, I’m absolutely sure this falls into that category. So what is that one thing that really helped me see something that doesn’t separate me from God’s love that hit me right where I live? Failure. Failure cannot separate me from God’s love. Even failing 10 times a day. I find that so freeing. I hope you will, too.
